Product Overview:
High strength at very high temperatures. Stable in air at room temperature, combustion at high temperature to form MoO3. It reacts with F2 at room temperature, reacts with Cl2 and Br2 above 325℃, and does not react with I2. React with C, P, S, Se, Te and Si at high temperatures to form the corresponding binary compounds. It does not react with HCl, HF, H2SO4 acids, etc. Although it reacts with HNO3, it is quickly passivated and terminates the reaction. It does not react with water, but reacts with water vapor to convert to MoO3 at red heat. Also in red heat, it will be oxidized to MoO3 by nitrogen oxides such as NO, NO2, N2O, etc. The reaction with CO2 should be above 1000℃. Molybdenum also does not react significantly with alkali solutions, but when the alkali solution contains an oxidizing agent such as KClO3, it oxidizes to MoO3.
Product Application:
For semiconductor wires, electronic devices.
