Silicon carbide protective tube
Silicon carbide protective tube is formed by isostatic pressing and high temperature sintering. Due to the integral molding process, the closed end of the protective sleeve and the pipe are an integral structure. It can be with or without flange. Depending on the size, the flange can be integrally formed with the casing, or the flange and casing can be formed separately and then welded together at high temperature.
Typical application
The silicon carbide protective tube is sheathed outside the temperature measuring element or pre-installed on the device to resist the pressure and corrosion of the measured medium, commonly known as the thermometer sleeve.
Silicon carbide protective tube are used in chemical pipelines, reactors, etc., can be easily installed and reliably sealed on the test flange.
