Product Overview:
Chromium (Cr) is a sublimation material, and the surface is very easy to oxidize when it evaporates in a vacuum. The mechanical properties of chromium are good, and the chromium film steamed on the heated substrate is very firmly combined with the substrate. Using this characteristic of chromium film, very thin chromium film is often used as a transition film, such as as the bottom film of A1 and Au to improve the adhesion of these films to the substrate. Chromium targets occupy a large proportion in the coating industry and are widely used in the industry, so chromium targets are also one of our main products.
Product Application:
Most of them are used to make special steel such as stainless steel. Decorative chrome plating is a layer of 0.25~2um chromium plated on the bright bottom layer. Porous chromium is mainly used in the inner cavity of the cylinder and the piston ring, and the lubricating oil sucked by its microholes is used to improve the wear resistance of the parts. Black chrome plating is used on parts that require matting and wear resistance. Opal chrome plating is mainly used for various measuring tools.
